I have met some makeup artists and actually both recommended Studio Fix by Mac. I tried a little on myself and it worked wonders. Any comments about that and the entire line of cosmetics?

Sometimes its cheaper and more cost effective to make up a kit of your own that way you only get waht you need. Things like palettes of shadow and blush, lips etc. Smashbox do great brushes, crown offer a great range to.

Depending on how much you are looking to spend Bobbi Brown has several kits available(Nordstroms or her official site), i love her make-up. Its a little pricy but you definitely get what you pay for.
