Hi, all, I have another dilema...

What works wonders in covering dark spots? I have sun damage/dark spots around my cheeks and other areas of my face. I have also worked with models that have had slight pigmentation problems. I can't seem to find something that will cover completely. I'm not sure if it's either make up I am using or technique or both.
